Should directors and supervisors need domicile in Taiwan? How about managers?
Directors do not need domicile in Taiwan for either a local company or a company invested by aliens or overseas Chinese. However, at least one of the supervisors of a local company needs to reside in Taiwan. And every manager needs a residence or a domicile in Taiwan.
