What is the deadline for registration?
A company has to submit application of registration to us within 15 days from the occurence of its registered particulars changes, such as Incorporation, Change of Registered Office Address, Changes of Particulars of Directors, Supervisors, Chairman of the Board or Manager, Increase or Decrease of Capital.
